Who We Are MXR Corporation was founded by Prof. Steven Zhou (Director of Interactive Multimedia Lab, National University of Singapore) and Prof. Adrian David Cheok (Director of Mixed Reality Lab, National University of Singapore) in 2004. We are a group of passionate young folks who believe that Mixed Reality can reshape the human's life in the near future. MXR stands for MiXed Reality, an emerging, cutting-edge technology that we specialize in. Mixed Reality merges physical and virtual worlds, allowing users to interact with 3-D objects like they were in the real world. MXR develops patented Mixed Reality products for Next Generation Learning and provides Mixed Reality technological solutions. What We Do
Our mission is to continuously innovate and refine our portfolio of products and innovative solutions to achieve superior value for our customers and investors. Our commitment to technology leadership is guided by a strong focus on research and development. Our capabilities to innovate and market new innovative solutions set us apart from our competitors and extant products in the market. We have successfully applied for U.S. patents and continue to invest in new technologies that complement our portfolio. Research and Development decisions are driven by a comprehensive knowledge of customer needs, environmental trends and a clear vision of leadership in our target markets. What is Mixed Reality?
Mixed Reality (MR) (encompassing both augmented reality and augmented virtuality) refers to the merging of real and virtual worlds to produce new environments and visualisations where physical and digital objects co-exist and interact in real time. MR systems usually share three main characteristics:
 1. Combines the real and the virtual. 2. The virtual aspect is registered in three dimensions (3D). 3. Runs in real-time. MXR strives for the most robust and most optimized solutions that can really bring a real-time and well rendered 3D MR experience to the end user, even to users with an outdated computer !!!
